This one bedroom apartment has been superbly furnished. With spectacular views from the living room and private terrace. Playa Paraiso is situated outside of Costa Calma and is very quiet, ideal for that 'chill out' holiday. The apartments are in a unique setting, surrounded by sand dunes. Outside within the complex is a luxury swimming pool. A track from the apartment leads down to one of the finest beaches in Fuerteventura.

Paco & Yolanda - Spain : Playa Paraiso is Fantastic, we saw the apartments being built and decided we would visit on completion. Now we have enjoyed 12 days here we can only say this place is incredible!

1 bedroom furnished with twin Beds with bedside table & lamp, fitted wardrobe and mirror. Hairdryer provided. Sofa bed in lounge for 2 extra persons.

Kitchen
Fully fitted and finished with black work surfaces, this modern and compact kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, full set of crockery and utensils for 4, washing machine, and larder fridge.
Living room
Modern furnishings make this living room light and comfortable. With a sofa bed, footstool, CD/radio. TV/DVD and Sat TV. Dining table and chairs for four people.Doors lead out onto a private terrace with one of the best views in Fuerteventura.
Utility Room
Automatic fully fitted washing machine in kitchen. Iron / Ironing board.
Cleaning Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once per week. Additional services are available.
Amenities
Fuerteventura boasts some of the finest beaches and lagoons in the canaries. The apartment looks out over an area renowned for it's water sports, mainly windsurfing and kite surfing. Eating out is still remarkable inexpensive. New shopping centres have recently opened. Golf is available in Caleta de Fuste. Many new cultural centres have opened to promote the island's Mahon culture

Playa Paraiso is situated outside Costa Calma, 45 minutes drive from Fuerteventura airport. We believe that Car Hire is essential to take full advantage of the scenic beauty of this area. This is a good base from which to explore the South of Fuerteventura with it's kilometres of unspoilt sand dunes, the wild beaches of Cofete, the caves at Ajuy or the American Star shipwreck. Smoking is permitted within the complex however we would appreciate if you would refrain from smoking in apartment and animals/pets are not allowed during occupancy.

Booking notes
When you book your accommodation a 20% deposit is required of the total cost to secure your option required.
Security and breakages Deposit.
A deposit of 100 euro will be requested upon you reserving the property. The full balance of the payment which will be refunded to you once a full check of the property has been made by our house keepers (the same day of your departure).

Directions to Costa Calma from the airport
When leaving the airport go straight over the first roundabout, collecting a sign for Morro Jable Baring left. Proceed to Caleta de Fuste ... first town. Stay on this route, which takes you to Caleta De Fuste past McDonalds & two golf courses on the right hand side of you, then continue from the coast to the mountains (FV2) proceed for 40 minutes do not leave the (FV2), you will pass Lajita Zoo that is located on the right side, Costa Calma is probably 10 minutes from here. When you arrive in Costa Calma There is a petrol station on the right side as you start to climb the hill and there is a roundabout in front, continue over the roundabout approx 800m and you will see a white shelter to the left . Approx 25 Meter's past the shelter is a turning on to a track that takes you to the apartments.

The 1 bedroom apartment is located in Planta 4. The same level as the reception area.
There is a key safe directly outside the door to the apartment with the key inside of it. To open the safe please slide down the front of the safe to reveal the numbers.
Line all of the key code numbers given and then push the black button that is located to the right.
For safety reasons when you leave the apartment during and after your stay deposit the key back into the key safe and scramble the numbers.
