Pueblo Canario is a 1 bedroom villa situated on a lavish duplex in Fuerteventura and is designed to offer maximum space and comfort. Pueblo Canario offers a large communal pool.
The village of Tamaragua boasts it's own 12000m2 commercial centre, The bus service runs every 20mins into Corralejo. There is also a Taxi Rank. Tamaragua offers an array of shops, along with restaurants, bars, banks, supermarket and cinema.

Bedroom
Large bedroom furnished with kingsize Bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes, mirror, ceiling fan, hairdryer provided. Doors lead out onto a private terrace that is drenched in sun all through the day with one of the best views in Fuerteventura. The bedroom also comes equipped with a free standing fan.
Bathroom
Shower, Bath, Bidet, w.c., With wash basin and mirror.
Kitchen
Fully fitted and finished with large natural work surfaces, this modern and compact kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, full set of crockery and utensils for 4, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and Iron / Ironing board
Living room
Modern furnishings make this living room light and comfortable. With a sofa bed, CD/radio. TV/DVD. Dining table and chairs for four people. French doors lead out onto a private garden with sunbathing and BBQ facilities. The garden is drenched in sun throughout the day. The living room also comes equipped with a free standing fan.
Cleaning Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once per week. Additional services are available.
Parking Facilities
There is offroad parking in the form of a car-port adjacent to the villa.
Pueblo Canario is a new development on the outskirts of Corralejo of 162 villas constructed in an authentic Canarian style. All come with a garage and garden area finished off in picon stone. On the downstairs level a good sized lounge equipped with a double sofa bed and french doors leading into a fully landscaped private garden ideal for Sunbathing and BBQ's, there is also a modern fully fitted separate kitchen. Upstairs is the bathroom and bedroom complete with a fitted wardrobe and the added feature of a balcony. Furthermore, they are within close proximity to the newly opened cinema, large supermarket.

Booking notes
When you book your accommodation a 20% deposit is required of the total cost to secure your option required.
Security and breakages Deposit.
A deposit of 100 euro will be requested upon you reserving the property. The full balance of the payment which will be refunded to you once a full check of the property has been made by our house keepers (the same day of your departure).
